Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. thick sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped chives or dill
Preparation
    Slice the cucumbers very thin, place in glass bowl and sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 1 hour or longer.
    Remove cucumbers from bowl.
    Squeeze liquid out of cucumber; combine remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.
    Mix and serve.
    Serves 4.
