Strawberry Eggnog Milkshake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. light cream
4 tsp. rum or brandy flavoring
4 egg whites
1 qt. strawberry ice cream
1 c. fresh strawberries, mashed
nutmeg

Preparation

Beat egg yolks well, then beat in sugar, then cream and flavoring.
In separate bowl, whip egg whites until stiff and fold into egg mixture.
Combine ice cream and mashed strawberries and beat vigorously until smooth and creamy.
Blend in 2 cups of eggnog.
Serve in tall glasses with a dash of nutmeg.
