Chipped Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    4 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese. Add milk and sour cream. Beat in mixer. Beat in remaining ingredients by hand. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
