Homemade Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. self-rising flour, sifted
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat butter until creamy.
Add 1 cup sugar and beat well.
Add the other cup of sugar and beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
Add vanilla and stir.
Mix in 1 cup flour and part of the milk.
Add flour and milk alternately until milk is gone, then use juice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
