Cheesy Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add hamburger and onion; brown.
Remove from heat; drain.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Spread beef mixture over pie crust.
Spread cheese over beef mixture.
Blend well the milk, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over meat and cheese.
Set pie pan on cookie sheet. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
