Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
    1 1/2 cups grated cheese
    1/3 cup bacon drippings or corn oil
    1 cup sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small can pimento chopped
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 to 55 minutes. Makes best in large cast iron skillet.
