Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 scant c. Wesson oil
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool completely.
