Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    On large platter, spread bean dip. Top with seasoned avocado mixture.
    Layer with sour cream/mayo mixture.
    Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese.
    Serve with large round tortilla chips.
