Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream or 8 oz. unflavored yogurt
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. pimento, diced
    salt and pepper
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir in potatoes.
    Spread in ungreased casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake for one hour at 325\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
    Can be sprinkled with paprika before serving, if desired.
