Beef Bisso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef cubes
2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
small amount oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
pinch of seasoned salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simmer beef, celery, onion and garlic in oil.
Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer over low heat until meat is cooked (about 45 minutes).
Serve over rice or noodles.
