Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Colby cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushrooms
    chopped green pepper or onion may be used to taste
Preparation
    Fry
    sausage;
    drain and cool.\tGrease 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix eggs thoroughly; add milk.\tBreak bread into small pieces and
    add to
    mixture.
    Stir
    in salt, dry mustard, cheese and mushrooms. Add
    green\tpepper\tand
    onion if you elect to use them
    in
    this recipe.
    Pour in pan.
    Cover and let set overnight\tin refrigerator.
    Cook
    for 45 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
    Let set for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
