Golabki (Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, parboiled 10 minutes
    1 c. raw rice, parboiled in 2 c. water with 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef/pork/veal combo
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dry dill
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 to 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all but cabbage together.
    Peel off individual cabbage leaves.
    Wrap each around a tablespoon of meat mixture.
    Place in layers in deep casserole dish.
    Add 1/2 cup of water; cover tightly with lid or foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Remove cover; drain off liquid.
    Pour Red Sauce over top.
