Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute sausage in skillet until brown.
    Stir frequently.
    Place bread cubes, sausage and cheese in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard in bowl and mix well. Pour into baking dish.
    Cover tightly.
    Chill in refrigerator overnight.
    Uncover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
