Jo'S Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Kissling sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. pork ribs
    1 lb. lean turkey kielbasi
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut through a colander.
    Pour 2 cups water through the cabbage.
    Cook with water and pork for about 2 hours.
    Add oatmeal.
    Season with salt, pepper and cumin as desired.
    Cook for 20 minutes more.
    Cut in kielbasi in 1/2-inch sections.
    Cook for another 20 minutes and serve over peeled (cooked in their jackets) potatoes.
