Classic Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 c. firm butter
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In small saucepan, stir egg yolks, half the butter and juice from lemon; stir briskly with wooden spoon.
Stir over very low heat until butter is melted.
Add remaining butter, stirring briskly, until butter is melted and sauce thickens.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
