Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks (save egg whites)
1 \"scoop\" sugar
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; add egg yolks, milk and oil together.
Add to flour mixture.
Mix to moisten. Beat and fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake on lightly greased griddle or 375\u00b0 electric skillet.
Turn only once, when bubbles appear and break over top and around edges.
