Southwestern Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. margarine
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Combine all ingredients in the order given and pour into prepared casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0. Lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
