Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Pour some boiling water over raisins.
    Let set 20 minutes. Drain.
    Beat egg yolks with a fork in sugar.
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Last, fold in slightly beaten egg white.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
