Pecan Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Place sugar and egg whites on slow heat and heat until warm. Remove from heat and continue beating until mixture stands firm. Fold in chopped pecans.
Drop batter by teaspoon and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for about 12 minutes or until firm.
