Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3-5 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until very creamy.
    Add one egg at a time; mix well.
    Blend in flour, salt, baking powder, and enough milk to moisten.
    Add flavorings.
    Pour into well-greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
