Chicken Bombay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cardamon
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic
    2 small onions, sliced thin
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    On a sheet of waxed paper, mix together the spices.
    Roll chicken in spices.
    In skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and broth.
    Sprinkle with garlic and onions.
    Cover tightly and simmer about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
