Norwegian Nut Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation

Cream butter, add sugar and mix well.
Combine flour and wheat germ.
Add to butter and sugar mixture.
Mix well.
Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press even.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before adding topping.
