Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and black pepper to taste
1 small pkg. corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can green chilies, chopped
approximately 3/4 lb. grated cheese
Preparation

Line casserole dish with tortillas that have been dipped in hot oil.
Add meat mixture that has been cooked until redness is gone and onion is clear.
Add in layers Ranch beans, chicken soup, enchilada sauce, cheese, tortillas, stewed tomatoes and green chili peppers.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly on top.
