Lo-Salt, Lo-Fat Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. minced onion
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan.
Simmer stirring occasionally 10 to 15 minutes.
