Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean smoked ham
1/2 lb. pork (ground)
1/2 lb. beef chuck
2 eggs
1 1/4 ??? tomato juice
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes and add celery, pepper and bread crumbs.
Form loaf.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
