Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. low-fat milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender.
    Blend 2 minutes.
    Pour into greased 10-inch glass pie pan.
    Pie crust forms as it bakes.
    This recipe works only when mixed in blender.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
