Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    4 jumbo eggs
    Italian bread crumbs
    2 cans chicken broth
    12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 jar drained mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
    Beat eggs and soak chicken pieces in eggs for 8 hours.
    Bread chicken with Italian crumbs.
    Brown in margarine.
