Harvest Time Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. maple syrup
4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes 35 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
Put syrup in small saucepan with sliced, peeled apples and cook over low heat until tender.
