Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook rice in 2 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt; bring to a boil.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package. Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Mix all together. Add soups and cheese.
    Place broccoli-rice in casserole.
    Heat in
    a 300\u00b0 oven until bubbling, about 30 minutes.
    May be frozen.
