Pork Francese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1/3 c. flour
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Preparation

With knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to the cutting surface, cut tenderloin crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. With meat mallet, pound each slice to about 1/8-inch thickness.
