Rump Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rump roast (trim fat)
    juice of 1 lemon
    8 baby carrots
    2 medium potatoes
    4 sticks sliced celery
    1 chopped green bell pepper
    1 chopped clove garlic
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Season roast with ingredients. Place all in cooking bag and bake on 350\u00b0 for 2 hours until done.
