Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. finely diced celery
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put in refrigerator; let stand 24 to 48 hours before serving.
    Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
