Puppy Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box Rice Chex cereal
    1 (12 oz.) bag milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside.
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chips, butter and peanut butter together, stirring often and until smooth.
    Turn off heat and add vanilla.
    Pour over cereal and toss until evenly coated.
    Take a grocery bag and pour in the powdered sugar, then the cereal mixture.
    Shake until all pieces are well coated.
    Spread on wax paper to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
