Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut round steak into cubes and brown in butter.
    Sprinkle flour over meat.
    Add onion soup mix, 1 cup water and 1 cup milk. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
    When ready to serve, add sour cream and heat again.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
