Hot Fudge Sauce(Yields 2 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
    Remove from heat; add cocoa.
    Whisk until smooth.
    Stir in chopped chocolate, sugar and evaporated milk.
    Bring sauce to a boil over medium heat, stirring the entire time.
    Remove from heat at once and stir in salt.
    Cool briefly, then stir in vanilla.
    Keeps nicely in refrigerator.
