Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
2 sticks butter, softened
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
5 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. milk
Preparation

For Chocolate Cake, use vanilla flavoring instead of lemon and 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup.
Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
