Spinach Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) bags frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (can use jalapeno)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, baking powder, salt, cheese, spinach and margarine; mix ingredients as they are needed. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes at 400\u00b0. Cool 30 minutes and cut into bite size pieces or squares. If you use a glass dish, bake at 375\u00b0. Can be used as an appetizer or as a vegetable with a meat.
