Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen hash browns (Southern style)
1 small onion, diced
1 pt. whipping cream
parsley
salt and pepper
2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread 1/2 package potatoes, half of onion, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
Dot with margarine. Repeat.
Pour whipping cream all over.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
If potatoes get dry, add a little milk.
