Black Walnut Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
Sucaryl
1 c. Crisco shortening
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
1 small can coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs, measure 3 bottle caps of Sucaryl.
Pour into eggs. Add shortening; beat until creamy.
Blend in salt, flour and lemon juice.
Stir in walnuts and coconut.
Turn into loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, or until cake tests done.
Yields 20 slices.
