Overnight Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower
    1 small green pepper
    1 large carrot
    2 celery stalks
    2 medium tomatoes
    8 oz. pearl onions
    2 garlic cloves
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
Preparation
    Saute garlic and mushrooms.
    Let mixture stand in marinade overnight.
    Then drain off.
    This recipe will serve 5 people.
