Rebaked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake (do not foil wrap) 450\u00b0 approximately 1 hour or until done.
    If serving whole potato, cut section off side; if serving 1/2 potato, cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out, leaving just enough to keep skin firm.
    Beat all ingredients together to desired consistency and fill skins.
    To serve, reheat approximately 1/2 hour before serving, or until hot throughout.
