Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 half chicken breasts
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. milk (maybe Tbsp. more)
50 to 60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken, debone and cut in bite size pieces.
Place in baking dish coated with Pam.
Mix sour cream and milk, pour over chicken.
Cover with crackers, sprinkle with poppy seed, drizzle with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
