Chicken Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. (2 1/2 oz.) chopped ripe olives
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cook onion, celery and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until just tender.
Stir in chicken, tomato sauce, olives, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 teaspoon salt and chili powder.
Bring remaining broth to boil.
Add remaining salt and salad oil.
Pour into casserole dish.
