Tasty Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. yellow squash and zucchini
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook and cube the squash and zucchini.
    Cook onion in water and drain.
    Add to the cooked squash.
    Mix in the sour cream and mushroom soup.
    Stir in the carrots, butter and stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
