Luzi'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. shredded cheese
chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. chili powder
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Heat shortening on medium-high or enough to keep hot.
Mix tomato sauce with chili powder in large pie pan.
Put tortilla in hot grease; make sure it does not get hard.
Then put tortilla in sauce mixture, coating both sides. Place into square baking dish.
Stuff with ground beef, cheese and onion.
Roll tortilla up.
Repeat steps for each tortilla.
Put leftover meat, cheese, onion and tomato mixture over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
