Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 oz. chocolate or 1/3 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Add milk and cook slowly.
    Melt chocolate and add to the hot mixture.
    Beat yolks and add small amount of hot mixture, then pour into the rest of the hot mixture. Add butter and vanilla and cook until stiff.
    Cool and pour into cooled, baked crust.
