Rolled Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth (mix in flour)
    2 to 3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt, pepper and chicken broth.
    Add eggs to mixture.
    Roll out very thin on floured board.
    If too wet, add flour.
    Cut in strips 1/2-inch wide.
    Cut strips up in 2-inch lengths.
    Lay pieces on floured waxed paper.
    Stack layers on top of each other.
    Cook or freeze them.
    Cook them in juice from a nice fat stewin' hen.
