Roy And Joe'S Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    6 to 8 slices bacon
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 to 8 green onions
    6 large mushrooms
    8 to 12 Japanese or red chili peppers (whole)
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 lemon
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1/2 c. peanuts or slivered almonds
    2 c. bean sprouts
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Boil shrimp in a large pan until pink.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    After removing from heat, add 1/2 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce and lemon (shred).
    Let shrimp cool, then peel.
