20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

You will also need 6-inch flower pot, 1 spade and 1 bunch artificial flowers.
