Rabbit Smothered In Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, cut up
    salt to taste
    paprika to taste
    flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 onions, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Season rabbit with salt and paprika.
    Coat with flour and saute in butter until brown.
    Cover rabbit thickly with onion slices and sprinkle with salt.
    Pour in sour cream.
    Cover skillet and simmer for 1 hour or bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
